ANCI Academy: PDND – Good practices and useful tools for e-service creation

The course is part of a course provided by ANCI Academy that aims to provide technical training to the staff of Municipalities, Unions of Municipalities and Metropolitan Cities operating on the National Digital Data Platform (PDND), providing step by step instructions on how to use its features. The modules deepen vertically the following macro-themes: good practices and tools for the creation of e-services; e-service delivery and use; safety pattern.
